While you are watching and suddenly you see that message in the screen. That's mean the TV Network you are currently tuned in was having technical difficulties with their broadcast.
Here are some few tips for you to do:
TIP 1: Try to change your channel for about 5-10 seconds, then go back to previous channel. This works most of the time.
TIP 2: You can also try to click HOME Button in your interactive remote control, then click back again to TV.
TIP 3: It is always good to reset / unplug /restart your BOX Network from time to time to refresh the device.
